Halloween Events 2023

Here's a recap of Halloween events that have been promoted through several issues of Island Edition. While best effort will be made to update this list, be sure to check the more information link if you're interested in attending an event to be sure that the organizers have not made adjustments.

Hauntings

👻 Four Seasons Haunted Campground: Fridays and Saturdays (13-14, 20-21, 27-28) from 7-9pm. Admission is $10 cash. Not recommended for kids under 12. 1180 Church Road, Wheatley River - More Info

😱 The Chief’s Haunted Barn: Daily 6-8pm from October 14 to 31 (10pm on Fridays and Saturdays). Admission by donation of non-perishable food item. 29 Kitpu Street, Scotchfort - More Info

🦇 Haunting at the Park (Morell River Run Festival): October 13/14 and 20/21 from 7-9pm. Admission is $5. Riverside Drive, Morell - More Info

🪦 Belfast Highland Greens Haunted Trail: October 20/21 and 27/28. Admission is $5 (under 19) / $10. 138 Selkirk Park Road - More Info

👺 Toby's Haunted Trail: One night only, October 28th, 7-10pm. Admission is $18, must register in advance. 1444 Veterans Memorial Highway, Souris - More Info

🪦 Halloween Yard Haunt (fundraiser): Santa’s Angels invites you to walk through their haunted yard (October 20, 21 and 22) at 6 Madison Avenue in Charlottetown from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Please bring a donation (monetary or a toy). No jump scares, great for kids. More info

👻 Ghost Stories at the Cidery : Red Island Cider invites you to a night of spine-tingling ghost stories this Saturday, October 21 from 4 to 7 p.m. This is a 19+ event. More info

😱 Upstreet Presents: Haunted Haviland: Ghosts and goblins will take over the Haviland Club this Saturday, October 21 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Live DJs, dancing, tarot card reading, spooky movies, and more. Consumes are encouraged. Admission is $25 at the door. This is a 19+ event. More info

🪄 Harry Potter Trivia: The Fox and Crow (UPEI) will be testing patrons’ knowledge of the wizarding world of Harry Potter tonight (October 18) at 7 p.m. More info

🎤 Scaraoke with Naomi: Scare your friends and fellow bar patrons with your horrid vocals at The Factory tomorrow (October 19) beginning around 10 p.m. More info

🦇 Bingo Halloween (fundraiser): The Filipino Sports League is hosting a Halloween bingo fundraiser this Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. at Hillsborough Community Centre. More info

🧙 Hocus Pocus 2 (Watch Party): Founders’ Food Hall and Market will play this Halloween classic at 5:30 p.m. this Saturday, October 21. No admission, snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. Costumes encouraged. More info

🧹 Witch’s Night / Market: This divination-theme market will feature tarot card reading, energy healers and crafty vendors. Hosted at The Haviland Club, Sunday, October 22, from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Admission is $2. More info
